SellDispatch

Refund Policy

Effective September 14, 2026. Questions: support@selldispatch.com

1. All sales are final

SellDispatch subscriptions are sold by Unbiassly, Inc. at https://selldispatch.com and billed by Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are not refundable. You can cancel anytime so the next period is not billed. Cancelling does not return money already paid for the current month or year.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. Where a law requires a refund we cannot waive, that law controls.

2. What you pay for

Pro is $9.99 per month or $95.90 per year. Teams is $7.99 per user per month after a 14 day trial. Free has no charge. A first charge, a renewal, an added seat, a plan change, and a resubscribe are all final. We do not prorate unused days.

Marketplace deals are between the buyer and the seller. SellDispatch does not hold that money and does not refund it. Affiliate codes that unlock a free month of Pro are not cash.

3. Cancellation

Cancel in Stripe from Settings → Manage billing, or from Team → Billing for a team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep Pro or Teams until then. Deleting your account or stopping use does not cancel billing. The subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it or the card fails.

The Teams trial is 14 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Once that first charge succeeds, it is not refunded.

4. Billing questions

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next period. A failed card is handled by Stripe. If a renewal fails, access returns to Free unless that pipeline is marked grandfathered, as described in the Terms.

Questions about a charge can go to support@selldispatch.com from the email on the account. We can help with a duplicate charge or a charge after a cancellation that Stripe already confirmed. A chargeback filed with your bank can suspend the subscription while Stripe reviews it.
